Controls/Service Technician

Controls/Service Technician
  • Looking for an experienced HVAC service technician with emphasis on controls, start-up & training in the commercial market.
  • Most calls are to verify equipment is properly installed, powered and programed to meet project requirements and sequence of operation. Will also be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting installations/existing systems that are experiencing issues.
  • Customer service is vital to this role as the technician will be offering guidance and training for field personnel post installation.
  • Successful candidate will work directly with consulting engineers, contractors, facility personnel, balancers & commissioning agents.
  • Bonuses and additional incentives will apply to any sales that are a result of technician's survey of facility and recommendations while on-site.

Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer
  • Looking for an experienced, self-motivated outside sales engineer to join our close knit team. Must have industry related sales experience in commercial HVAC, healthcare and/or laboratory controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, developing new accounts and following up on potential leads.
  • Expectations of this position also include: limited travel, participation in customer focused events, presentations, working closely with consulting engineers, contractors, end users and building management firms in all facets of the sales process.

Technical Inside Sales & Estimating
  • We are looking for an outgoing, proactive inside sales representative comfortable working with consulting engineers, designers and contractors.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong written and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and product knowledge in order to promote sales, layout drawings and update specifications required.
  • Inside sales rep will also be responsible for take-offs, preparing quotes and generating leads for our outside sales team.
