Today’s Resorts, Casinos and Hospitality destinations are all interested in providing the best overall experience for their customers. Destinations struggle with the dilemma of how to provide an optimal experience for the widest range of guest needs. While indoor air quality can be considered a relative condition, when a building or hospitality space is overrun by odors of any type, complaints from customers are inevitable. At the Las Vegas Renaissance Hotel, just off of the strip in Las Vegas, tobacco smoke was the odor of concern.
